"EXPLORING APPROACHES TO PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT"
MONDAY 9TH NOVEMBER,THE KANARIS LECTURE THEATRE, MANCHESTER MUSEUM, 09hr45 - 13hr00
Featuring Professor Dame Nancy Rothwell, Deputy President and Deputy Vice Chancellor at The University of Manchester who will give an opening address to launch the Manchester Beacon summit.
Following the address there will be a chance to hear short presentations by the holders of The University of Manchester Development Awards and the Manchester Science Festival Community Awards – projects that are exploring two-way engagement with local communities or approaches to university cultural change around public engagement.
The morning will close with a networking lunch.
